Rich Regeneration has been commissioned to undertake a partnership feasibility study for Grove Park Community Group on its Creative Ringway site, in Lewisham, South East London. The project involves building a partnership of local organisations that could help the group realise it's vision for the site and developing a methodology to assess the social, economic and environmental contribution that each organisation could make to the aims of the project.
Rich Regeneration has been commissioned to help Phoenix Community Housing Association in Lewisham, South East London progress plans for a community hub in the former Green Man pub in Downham. The work will involve carrying out a feasibility study on the viability of a multi-use community hub in the building, exploring available sources of fundng and helping to establish a partnership to take the project forward
Rich Regeneration has been commissioned by the Improvement and Development Agency for local government to research and write two 'how to' guides on tackling worklessness', one on worklessness among social housing tenants and the other on employment of older workers. This follows two guides produced for the Agency earlier in 2009 on working with the third sector and unlocking assets to tackle worklessness
The how to guides draw on best practice around the country and offer local authorities and local partner organisations a step by step approach to improving their performance in tackling worklessness among in these two important areas and are due to be published in Spring 2010.
